This first in a series of technical meetings organised by the Surface Engineering Society (SES) focused on wear problems encountered with automotive components and the solutions surface engineering can offer. Hosted by Eutectic Co. Ltd, it took place at Redditch on 27 May, as GERALD BELL reports.
