The authors have been made aware of typographical errors in an Erratum published in Curr Med Res Opin 2010;26:177. Throughout the erratum, but not the original paper, “mg” was printed instead of “µg”. In addition, in item 5 it stated “On page 2033, column 1, third paragraph” when it should have stated “On page 2033, column 2, first full paragraph”.
All other information contained within the Erratum published in Curr Med Res Opin 2010;26:177 has been confirmed by the authors as correct.
