Summary
A study was carried out in 10 healthy volunteers, aged between 22 and 28years, to investigate the pharmacokinetics of an aspirin-metoclopramide combined preparation compared with those of the individual components given alone. Blood levels were determined before and after administration of a single dose of the three medications given at weekly intervals. No significant difference was found in the bioavailability of either the aspirin or metoclopramide from the combination as compared to the individual components.
