Abstract

The development of E-commerce has revolutionized our way of doing business around the globe, bringing with it a whole new set of challenges. One issue for U.S. government bodies is who to tax and how. This article examines the current tax situation regarding E-commerce primarily from a U.S. stakeholder perspective.
