Managing End-User Challenges

Abstract

Although increasingly knowledgeable and empowered end users are largely cooperative, most IS professionals periodically encounter difficult end-user situations with potentially damaging consequences. Recognizing the telltale signs of impending problems and taking steps to contain the situation benefits everyone involved and helps IS professionals more effectively perform their jobs.
