Abstract
CONSULTING EDITOR ROBert Umbaugh interviewed world-renowned IT writer, lecturer, and consultant JAMES MARTIN on the changes he sees as the year 2000 approaches. Martin says that enterprises are about to undergo yet another change in the way they do business and that the change will be momentous. Martin likens the shift in corporate culture to that which occurred at the time of the Industrial Revolution.
