Abstract
Today's rapidly changing, global business environment requires that an enterprise optimize its value chain in order to reduce costs, reduce working capital, and deliver more value to its customers. the result is an ever-increasing demand for the efficient interchange of data between systems within an enterprise, and between the enterprise's systems and those of its customers, suppliers, and partners.
