Trading Partner Trust in B2B E-Commerce: A Case Study

Abstract

Trust is key in any relationship and it is especially vital in the one between trading partners. E-commerce technology can be used to foster trust in B2B partnerships, but it cannot guarantee it. As this case study reveals, “soft skills” are just as crucial in cultivating trading partner trust.
