Abstract
ATRANSFORMATION TOWARDS plurality has begun in the do-main called Information Servic-es. Many of our corporations already have an international work-force. Many of our data centers al-ready have diffuse architectures based upon Open Source and shared resources. Many of our engineering depart-ments are addressing globalization/ localization at the library and metada-ta levels. Even some of our user inter-face specialists are addressing the realization that their prime “user” may not speak English.
