A BASIC Program for Generating Integer Means and Variances

Abstract

This article describes a BASIC computer program for generating different sets of random numbers that have integer means and variances. The user can select either the biased or unbiased formula for the standard deviation. Suggestions fur use and limitations of the program are noted.
