In this article, I describe the essay test feedback technique of selecting a very good (full-credit) essay answer from a student in class and distributing on anonymous copy of this answer to all students. For the assessment, students in 4 psycho logy classes that used the technique responded anonymously. Results indicated that students believe this form of feedback is helpful.
