Abstract
This article outlines an existential approach to marital psychotherapy with older adult couples as well as the four basic existential treatment activities of holding, telling, mastering, and honoring. The results of a descriptive field evaluation report are also presented as well as some brief clinical illustrations of the described treatment approach.
