Abstract
This report describes a Telephone Home Survey to identify parent-child problems and maintaining conditions. Forty-seven of the three hundred and seventy-nine families who were randomly sampled completed the interviews. Non-compliance was the most frequently reported problem. There appears to be a high degree of congruence between reported problems and observed occurrence of problems in the home. The telephone home survey appears to be a reliable instrument, which provides information, which should be useful in the design of community-targeted behavior management packages.
