ABSTRACT
This paper reports on a study of pervasiveness of problems faced by employees. The study was conducted on the Employee Assistance Program of a large southeastern organization. It was carried out with twenty-two coordinators who represent the interests of the workers, union and management. The data was obtained regarding the pervasiveness of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, family problems and psychological problems among respondents' employees. Confidentiality concern was examined to determine pervasiveness. Results are analyzed and findings discussed.
