ABSTRACT
The role of the workplace in the prevention and treatment of employees' problems has been paid exponential attention in recent years. Problems of today's workers, such as those related to mental health, family, and economics are increasingly being recognized as factors affecting productivity. This article describes ecological perspective in assessment that can help to improve treatment and prevention outcomes. Multicultural sensitivity in EAP assessment domains is suggested. Integration of prevention and treatment in EAP practice are described and recommended.
