ABSTRACT

The following is a transcript of one of a series of lectures; Avanta Process Community Meeting VII Crested Butte, Colorado, August 1987 and Process Community Meeting I, August of 1981. They were given during the early part of a 30 day residential seminar; they were preceded by demonstrations which illustrated some of these points and followed by demonstrations which illustrated other points. Virginia would weave her lectures in among her exercises and demonstrations so that a tapestry would form, one illustrating the other. She was deliberately creating an optimuum context for learning. The lectures were given over a month'S time.
