Abstract
The joy and blessing of life in a congregation that welcomes the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgendered person is shared. All congregants lives are enriched. This welcoming stance is grounded in the confidence that God loves all persons and that Jesus exemplified this love. The challenge of the church is to be a place where the wounds of discrimination are healed and the love of God can be made real.
