Abstract

This paper describes an organizational model, the eductional pyramid, which enhances (1) the training of social work students at BSW, MSW, and PhD levels, (2) the opporunities to engage in practice research, (3) the ability to acquire student financial aid, (4) the capacity of agenicies to provide services. Five projects using the model are described.
