Abstract
This article presents a methodology and content review of organizational behavior management studies to update the review by Andrasik (1979). Articles published between 1978 and 1986 and conducted in private sector business and industry were reviewed. In addition to Andrasik's design and content criteria, the current article provides checks on the reliability with which interventions were carried out, the amount of follow-up, reports of benefits andlor costs of the program, and reports of resistance or support by the employees.
