Abstract
In this article the author makes the following recommendations for the field of OBM and discusses their implications: (a) report more details of studies, (b) conduct longer-term studies and examine maintenance of effects achieved, (c) review standards for long-term studies, (d) add discussions of behavioral mechanisms involved in interventions, (e) involve more people from business in the field of OBM, and (f) engage in activities that perpetuate the field. The article closes with brief conclusions regarding the topics discussed.
