Abstract

Hispanic New Mexicans claim a rich oral history that can be mined to foster reminiscing in a variety of settings. Reminiscing was found to be aided by providing varied stimuli and artifacts familiar to Hispanic elderly. Additionally it is speculated that other oral forms of reminiscing can be developed for use with Hispanic elderly.
