Abstract
In this article the author reviews the existing literature on the treatment of marital infidelity and forgiveness in therapy and presents Dr. Fred DiBlasio's model of the therapeutic use of forgiveness. A case study demonstrates this forgiveness therapy with an engaged couple that has experienced an extra-dyadic affair.
