Abstract
In September 1987 I completed my studies in parenthood and parental authority after divorce. The overall objective was to make a contribution to the study and discussion of plans to revise the legislation on the parenthood and parental authority of divorced parents. Whenever parents divorce, children face separation too. So one of my main objectives was to draw attention to what children think and want concerning agreements to be made on their behalf in case of divorce.
