Consultants for Interlibrary Loan

Abstract

A consultant can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of interlibrary loan by giving expert advice in such matters as the interlibrary loan interview, public relations, verification and location, copyright law, automation, and management. Consultants are usually available from a wide variety of sources. Both consultants and those who request the consultation should fulfill specific obligations in order to achieve the desired goal.
