Career Resources in Library Collections

Abstract

Because of the changing nature of the workplace, better access to career information should be more easily available to all types of workers. Public and academic libraries are being expected to provide career information to library patrons. This chapter suggests the type of materials which should be in a library's collection, as well as specific titles which are likely to be most useful to library users.
