Economic and Statistical Information on the Internet

Abstract

A complex and dynamic economy requires the most timely and comprehensive information. The expansion of the Internet is perfectly suited to the requirements of the economic researcher. Two specific sources of Internet accessible economic information, the Economic Bulletin Board and EconData are described and contrasted. Directions for access are provided and a brief listinrg of other resources for economic information are listed. Illustrations of the various screen access points are also included.
