Abstract

The provision of computerized bibliographic retrieval service is available at numerous libraries and information centers within the United States and in many countries throughout the world. This service requires specialized training for the users and the providers of the service. The training team is comprised of the database producer, the database vendor, the search analyst, and the end-user. This paper describes the team approach in training users in the usage of online services at a land grant academic institution.
