ONLINE ORDERING OF SCI-TECH MATERIALS

Abstract

This paper correlates the growth of online searching of bibliographic databases with the growth of requests for document delivery at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Experiences using various of document delivery for journal articles, government documents, and foreign patents are described. Emphasis is placed on ordering documents via the DIALOG DialOrderTM, SDC Electronic MaildropTM, and DOE's RECON online ordering system.
