Abstract
The State of Connecticut's Division of Vocational Technical Education is comprised of seventeen secondary-level schools located throughout the state. The newest of these schools, Grasso/Southeastern Regional Vocation-Technical School, was opened in 1977 in Groton, Grasso/Southeastern's Media Center has developed a range of service which make heavy use of video and computer technology.
