Strategy Implementation and Quality Improvement Process

Abstract

This paper discusses the potential research problems by defining quality improvement areas in relation to the process of the strategic decisions. The strategic decision making process and the quality improvement process were reviewed and conceptual linkage between them was examined in comparison and complement perspectives. And, research implications were suggested.
