Abstract
Limited knowledge of foreign languages makes it difficult to use current medical information on the Internet. MedInfoRus was started in answer to the perceived need for medical information sources in Russian. The authors explain how they developed a guide, based on their own experiences searching PubMed, and a website of resources available online in Russian.
