Abstract
This paper describes and measures die effects of increased access to health information resources at the Holbertson Hospital Library in Antigua. Holbertson Hospital Library is the only provider of health information on the island of Antigua and serves a diverse clientele from the general public to nursing students and staff, to physicians and administrators. As a result of participating in the MLA/ICS Sister Library Program, the library has a Web page with a wealth of free health information sources, databases, books and journals, and document delivery service is available. Future plans and needs are discussed.
