Training Volunteer Foster Grandparents as Behavior Raters

Abstract

In response to the pressing need for high quality, low cost assistance for research and child behavior therapy, we suggest utilization of a growing yet untapped national resource-senior citizens. A program is described in which volunteer Foster Grandparents were successfully trained to rate videotapes for child behavior therapy research.
