Abstract

Isotopic data obtained from the destructive analysis of UO2-6.6 wt% PuO2 rods irradiated in Core II of the Saxton reactor have been used to derive ratios of effective cross sections. Two sets of cross-section ratios, corresponding to data from regions of the core with different neutron spectra, have been developed. Selected cross-section ratios from the Saxton data were compared with those obtained from other reactors.
