Mys-topia: Or the dilemma of a teaching practitioner

Abstract

A personal exploration of theory and practice (praxis) in relation to subjectivity and national identity, with reflections on their impact on my own approach to teaching and film making. Mys-topia = where diversity and difference is celebrated, where communication is a process of communicating meaning as well as commodities and where pleasure can be experienced outside of retail therapy.
