Summary

Novelty: Novel humanized immunoglobulins, capable of specifically binding to predetermined antigens with strong affinity, are described.

Biology: The γ-IFN binding properties of mouse and humanized AFZ are compared. Results are presented in figures.

Chemistry: The construction of humanized antibodies capable of binding to the p75 protein of human IL-2 receptors, to HSV surface proteins, the CD33 antigen, CMV antigens and γ-IFN with high affinity is described.
