A table of instruments most commonly used to assess quality of life for people with ischemic coronary disease is provided. Studies that examine quality of life for people with several types of ischemic coronary disease, including chronic stable angina and myocardial infarction, are discussed. Studies that examine instruments used to evaluate quality of life for people undergoing revascularization for ischemia and those enrolled in cardiac rehabilitation are also addressed. Finally, studies that focus on quality of life in women with coronary disease are commented on.
