Abstract
Acne is a dermatological disease with a high prevalence at adolescence that can worsen or even initiate serious psychological problems during an important phase of personality development. Several measures are available that attempt to quantify the impact of acne on quality of life. There is, as yet, no ideal questionnaire, but the need to evaluate psychological aspects in order to develop the correct therapeutic approach is becoming ever more evident when we are faced with an acne patient.
