Abstract

Patients presenting with transient ischemic attack are at elevated risk of future stroke. Early neuroimaging is critical for identifying patients who are at high risk and require urgent evaluation and treatment. The CATCH study confirms the importance of vessel imaging using CT angiography and parenchymal imaging using MRI diffusion techniques.
