RETRACTED ARTICLE: Knockdown of hsa_circ_0000729 Inhibits the Tumorigenesis of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Through Mediation of miR-1281/FOXO3 Axis

The Editor and Publisher of Cancer Management and Research wish to retract the published article. Concerns were raised following notification that another journal had also received the same manuscript from the authors while the article was still under consideration at Cancer Management and Research. On review of the original western blot data, that was provided with the initial submission, it was found elements of the western blot images had been duplicated with those from unrelated articles submitted by authors affiliated at different institutions. The authors did not respond to our queries and the Editor requested for the article to be retracted.

Our decision-making was informed by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retraction.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
