Nishat Awan
Nishat Awan is a Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. Her research interests include the politics and representation of migratory spaces, geopolitics, and alternative architectural practice. She is co-author of Spatial Agency and co-editor of Trans-Local-Act.
Teresa Hoskyns
Teresa Hoskyns is a London-based architectural designer and academic specializing in public space and democratic spatial practice. She has been active in the social forummovement since 2002. She is founding member of the Taking Place Collective and has her own practice. She currently teaches in the graduate architecture school at the University of Sheffield.
