Abstract
The article introduces a typical case of the Army's agricultural production. It points out that when consciousness in implementing the "May 7 Directive" is raised, the leadership strengthened, rational arrangements made, manpower adequately distributed, and the relationship between the leaders and the led fixed, it will not only obtain tremendous material results but, what is still more important, it will effectively promote revolutionization of the Army and militancy in construction.
