A "Mobile University" for the Training of Teachers with Greater, Faster, Better, and More Economical Results

Abstract

With a view to meeting the need for rapid development of educational services and breaking down the old rules and conventions, this college implements the educational policy of "walking on two legs." In succession, it organized a number of mobile tutorial teams and sent them deep into the countryside and mountainous regions, where they assist, in various forms, the different localities in training teachers. Immense results have been obtained, and at the same time, normal education has been closely combined with the Three Great Revolutionary Movements, thus promoting the revolutionization of the teachers.
