Abstract
On primary school teachers' shoulders lies the responsibility for bringing up and educating the children. They have a heavy work load and they deserve to have our esteem. Nevertheless, among the cadres are those who, instead of holding the teachers in respect, insult them, discriminate against them, and show no concern for their hardship and needs. In order to effect a change in the situation, I would like to present to you the following examples.
