The Question of How to Assess Correctly the Status of Teachers

Abstract

During the rectification campaign, quite a few people put forward various kinds of opinions regarding the status of teachers. Using the methods of criticism and self-criticism, presenting the facts, and reasoning things out, certain localities have already conducted debates on this issue. Judging by the experience currently available, debates organized this way have great significance for our effort to distinguish between right and wrong, raise the socialist awareness of faculty and staff, and clarify their confused ideas.
