Abstract
In our socialist schools we advocate the practice of respecting teachers and cherishing the students so that teaching can benefit both teachers and students alike. The relationship between the teacher and the student should be one of equality and democracy and of mutual benefit to both sides. The student should respect the teacher, while the teacher should show concern for the student, so that they can be united, have a friendly affection for each other, render mutual assistance, and improve together.
