Abstract
Editor's note: Following the publication of the article "Rehabilitate Money" on August 9, the paper received hundreds of articles in only a few days joining the warm discussion. These articles concentrated on the following major questions: What is the relationship between "fixing eyes on money" and letting people get rich? Does the concept "fixing eyes on money" promote socialist professional morality or produce a negative effect on it? How should we correctly appraise the role played by money in China at the present stage? Is money a criterion for judging the value of man? We hope that a thorough discussion on such questions will be carried out.
