Abstract
College or university is an important stage for the training of talented persons. During this period, the outlook on life of college students becomes more mature and they begin to have a deeper understanding of their role in society and their social obligations. In a sense, the success or failure of China's socialist modernization hinges on a new generation of people with a high level of scientific and general knowledge and communist consciousness, and on their world view and outlook on life.
