Abstract
In March last year we conducted, in conjunction with the district and county bureaus of education, a concentrated and overall investigation of twenty-six key middle schools in the municipality. We discovered the following things:
1. In the majority of schools the ideas and philosophy behind running the schools have gradually been rectified, and there are interesting characteristics in the program of pedagogical and educational reform and research.
