Why Are Good Results Possible in a Comparatively Short Time?

Abstract

Affiliated with Northeast Normal University is a Preparatory School for students going to study in Japan. Enrolled in its second term were 102 students who all graduated in January this year. In the first term it had enrolled 97 students, who went to Japan in March 1980 to take up studies in thirty-six Japanese colleges and universities.
